We enjoyed a weekend at Yogaville (January 25 to January 27, 2019). Thirteen ladies enjoyed the exquisite scenery, wonderful accommodations and beautiful peace.

Paddle Board Yoga Late September (the 18th) turned out to be the best time to paddle. LiAnn had everything ready for all 8 of us at Inner Banks Outfitters in Little Washington. This is the third time studio yogis enjoyed Paddle Board Yoga in Little Washington.
