Beginner’s Class: If you are new to yoga, it’s a good idea to start with a Beginner’s Class. Extra attention will be spent on proper alignment and other yoga fundamentals. Poses will be sequenced to give you a full mind and body workout, but the pace is measured, so sweating is optional. With the help of props and modifications, every pose will be accessible.

Warm Yoga: The temperature is around 90 degrees; you’ll sweat, but you won’t melt. The poses are challenging, but so much fun and cleansing. Build strength, flexibility and endurance.

Mixed Yoga: No matter what practice level, drop by for these Thursday, Friday and Saturday classes for an energetic one hour. The yoga flow will increase flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, deep breathing and concentration.

Chair Yoga: Karen will be teaching chair yoga on Wednesdays at 11 a.m. This is an excellent option for individuals who have limited mobility. Classes start March 13, 2019.
