Descriptions of the Classes:

Beginner’s Class: If you are new to yoga, it’s a good idea to start with a Beginner’s Class. Extra attention will be spent on proper alignment and other yoga fundamentals. Poses will be sequenced to give you a full mind and body workout, but the pace is measured, so sweating is optional. With the help of props and modifications, every pose will be accessible.

Warm Yoga: Don’t confuse Warm Yoga with Bikram yoga, where the temperature in the studio is 106 degrees. We hover around 90 degrees; you’ll sweat, but you won’t melt. The poses are challenging, but so much fun and cleansing. Build strength, flexibility and endurance.

Intermediate Yoga: An edgy and challenging yoga where you’ll find your inner and outer strength. The energizing pace will invigorate you. The perfect class to experiment with flowing movement, deep breathing, focus, inversions, deeper back bends and arm balances.

Mixed Yoga: No matter what practice level, drop by for these morning classes on Friday and Saturday for an energetic one hour. You can expect a quick flow addressing flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, deep breathing and concentration. You’ll be ready for anything the weekend throws at you.
