Inhale, and God approaches you. Hold the inhalation, and God remains with you. Exhale, and you approach God. Hold the exhalation, and surrender to God.

UPCOMING WORKSHOP: Yogaville, January 2019
We organized a road trip to Triangle Yoga for aerial yoga on April 22. Eight yogis from the studio signed up quickly. Thank you Triangle Yoga! We had a wonderful time and we plan to do it again. If you didn't make it on April 22, you can always make a trip out to Triangle Yoga in Chapel Hill. Here's the website for this studio: triangleyoga.com
Yogaville in January 2019!
Thirteen have signed up for a the weekend at Yogaville, Virginia, January 25 to January 27. The house is full, but if you really want to go, maybe we can arrange for individual rooms. Speak to Brenda.
Paddle Board Yoga went off without a hitch, even though there was a prediction of a thunderstorm. LiAnn had everything ready for all 14 of us at Inner Banks Outfitters in Little Washington.
If you didn't make it July 29, try to take a trip out to Little Washington. For more information, contact the Inner Banks Outfitters in Little Washington. What a great way to spend a summer's day!
Here's the website for Paddle Board Yoga:
Drive 4 Change visited Yoga Magnolia! Khusi Hona is doing incredible work in India (clean water, job skills, education). To raise awareness, DJ Karri Om and Matthew talked about their experience in South Asia with a short presentation, then we stepped on the mat, put on our Soundoff headphones, and were guided through an ancient practice while Karri Om transported us to another dimension.
All proceeds from the event were donated to Khusi Hona so it can continue its charitable work in South Asia. If you would like to donate to this wonderful organization, visit the website at khusihona.org.
January Juice Workshop
Every January Yoga Magnolia holds a Workshop - last year the theme was feng shui - and this year we did a Juicing Workshop, where we did a one-day cleanse to jump start our healthy eating initiatives.
At the last minute, the outfit I had secured in Brooklyn (Jus by Julie) conked out, so I quickly had to change direction and contact Good Stuff Juices in Greenville. They did a great job and everyone loved the juices. Visit them the next time you're in Greenville. They also ship, so you can contact them on the website: goodstuffjuices.com.
